Unless traveling, handling time is just one day. These completely fill and ship in a USPS large flat rate box.

All license plates are expired and are at least 3 years old in compliance with Ebay policy and listing guidelines. They are not valid for use on any vehicle. They are for display, arts/crafts, and collectable purposes only. Expiration dates for plates in the sample photo are from 2016. The guitar version replaced the lighthouse version in 2013. The guitar version was replaced in 2019 with the dark blue on gold version.
