We work with a wide range of shipping partners to provide the most efficient and cost effective freight service to locations across the country. Shipping partners include Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, and Allied Express, the carrier for your order will depend on the size and weight of your item and the delivery location.
Please note it may not be the same as the carrier displayed in the listing and we reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order at our discretion.

  Our products ship from warehouses around the country in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. We ship directly from our suppliers, through 3PL partners and from our own locations depending on the product and the closest location to your shipping address that we have stock on hand to minimise shipping times wherever possible.

  Many of our items ship Fast and Free and nationwide but please check the listing for shipping costs and shipping exclusions particularly for large or heavy items as some exclusions do apply. NOTE: All carrier deliveries are contactless, carriers will not knock on doors, call mobile numbers or attempt to gain entry to gated premises. If there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel it will be taken to the closest depot or parcel collect agent where available to await collection. It is the receiver's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and collect parcels in a timely manner. A calling card may be left if there is a suitable spot to leave it (under door mat, flower pot etc)  

95% of orders ship next business day after receipt of cleared payment for orders received before 5pm however some products require a longer handling time and this will be reflected in the estimated delivery dates. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on your location however please note that unless the item is marked as 'guaranteed delivery' estimated delivery dates are estimates only.  Remote areas may require longer delivery time and delivery times may extend during busy seasonal period. If you are concerned please use your tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order before contacting customer support.  

We regret that our warehouses are not accessible to the public, so we do not offer a pick-up option on any items.  

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect addresses or to ℅ the post office addresses unless otherwise indicated in the listing and a signature is required to take delivery of most items. If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery your order or they cannot gain access (gated complex, locked gate, loose dog etc) your parcel will be taken either to your local post office or to your nearest parcel collect agent. In some areas carriers still leave a calling card however this is being phased out by Australia Post and most carriers. You can use your tracking number in your ebay account or on the carriers website to see the status of your delivery and find exactly where to collect your item or to arrange re-delivery where available. Please use your tracking number before reaching out to customer service if you have a query relating to delivery.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only ship to the address provided at the eBay checkout, we are unable to accept requests sent by eBay message after checkout to change the delivery address or delivery name. If you have made a mistake regarding your delivery at the checkout you will need to make arrangements to collect the item from the address you provided.   

Our shipping fees include postage and handling costs and tracking numbers are uploaded to ebay automatically usually within 48 hours of despatch.  

Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product, we regret that combined postage or postage discounts are therefore not available.
Some items or orders may be despatched in more than one carton and may not be delivered at the same time - please check your shipping label and tracking information before contacting customer support to ensure that you have received all the boxes.  

Overseas shipping rates where applicable will be clearly indicated in the listing details.  

If you made a mistake and ordered in error please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel it for you. However please note that our order processing system is highly automated and once processed an order cannot be cancelled and you will need to return the item once received at your own expense.

We are not happy unless you are delighted with the service you receive. Please contact our customer service team immediately through the eBay messaging system if: You have received an Item that was damaged in transit.

You have received an Item that is Dead on Arrival (ie not working)

You have changed your mind and wish to request a return

Changed Your mind? No problem, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase so If you wish to return an item in we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note however that the item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:

●      Unopened

Unfortunately we're unable to accept items that have been opened, it'll lose that awesome fresh feeling for the next customer who buys it.

●      Unused

This one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go.

●      All tags and labels attached

Avoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.

●      Box & Packaging original and intact  

Overall, if it's not in its 'original condition' unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund.

If you would like to return an item please make certain to contact us first to obtain an RMA number and the correct shipping address. Please DO NOT post products to any address other than that provided by our returns team and DO NOT mark items “Return To Sender” as many of our items ship from 3PL warehouses that do not accept incoming mail and do not have the facility to receive or track deliveries. (Return freight costs are your responsibility for items you wish to return and please note that a restocking fee may apply)

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide images or a short video that clearly shows the damage or the problem with the product.  Please note it is important to follow the instructions provided by our customer services team via your registered email address so that we can track your return. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from customer service as there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your return may not be accepted Most of our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise advised in the listing detail - in the event that you need to make a warranty claim please contact our customer care team for guidance, please note that outside of our 30 day return period most warranty claims will need to be made directly with the manufacturer and proof of purchase will be required.
