Sure, there are cheaper "universal" cases out there, but would you put your cell phone in a 'universal' case? Our cases LAST. Estimated 5 years in 8 hour a day use, 3 years in 24 hour a day use. Would it surprise you to find out that the biggest cause of radio damage is being dropped when the swivel belt loop is missed? It makes sense, you have your hands full, trying to invert the radio and TRYING to find that channel to put it into. Not knowing if you got it or not, you let it go, then BANG! your potential lifeline hits the floor. (And that's bad). Our swivel CLICKS IN. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained. Customer is responsible for freight their and back. A credit card number must be provided. Custom, logo and name cases are not returnable for credit.
