Shipping / Postage:

We try and ship on the day of purchase, but at the very latest - the next working day This will be well packaged and sent using a proper courier - such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, UK Mail, (depends on your location to what courier we use).  There will be online tracking - we will send you the tracking details.  If you can include a mobile telephone number - most of the couriers now text you an approximate time window for delivery. Whatever service we use, it will always be trackable.
