Vintage Phone advertisement:

This precision instrument made by Western Electric contains 475 parts. When was the last time yours needed repair?

And the bright blue color!!

Hard to believe this ad of 55 years ago, compared to our phones of today...

Even the ad copy is very interesting:

Probably never. Western Electric builds Bell telephones to take rough treatment. They're made to be used thousands of times, day-in, day-out. And to go on year after year giving you the kind of service you expect from your Bell telephone company.
That's the way Western Electric makes things. Not only telephones, but communications equipment that helps join the 73,000,000 Bell telephones in this country into one nationwide network. Untold miles of wire and cable. Millions of switches, transistors, and related equipment. Literally billions of parts, all working dependably together as a unified system.
You can count on this quality, reliability and compatibility because Wester Electric is part of the Bell System. And, as part of the Bell Systems, we share this basic goal: to help the Bell telephone companies provide you with reliable communications services at low cost.

This original magazine ad page measures 10 5/16" x 13 1/8". It was rescued and saved from a damaged November 1965 issue of LOOK magazine. The reverse side is a full page "A Diamond is Forever" advertisement with a very interesting photo by Harold Halma.

The page is in good overall condition, with minor wrinkles from where it was handled and turned while bound into the magazine.

I'll place the ad page inside a plastic sleeve, add a piece of white foam board for protection while mailing by USPS First Class in a bubble envelope.

I'll mail the same day, or next day after PayPal payment is received.
