Fast delivery by DHL within 7-10 working days. The shipping fee is only delivered from Taiwan to the buyer's urban area, and does not include remote area fees and local import duties. If the delivery address is located in a remote area, additional fees will be charged. Buyer's email will also provide for DHL reference. If the package has arrived at the designated location, but no one has answered the door, and the recipient cannot be contacted, resulting in the package being returned to the seller, we will not be liable for any compensation. If the package needs to be resent, the cost of resending will be paid by the buyer.

In addition, our store does not accept the return of goods that can be used normally or purchased incorrectly. 

If goods failure to operate normally, or damaged during transportation, We will accept the return(exchange).

If you are looking for any spare parts that can't find in my store, you can send the pictures or OE/OEM numbers to us by email. Our store will check and quote if we have.

Our store also provides post office delivery service. If you need to deliver by post office, please let me know by email, and I will recalculate the post office freight to you. But affected by the epidemic, post office in some areas suspended service .
