Set of 2 Antique German Copper Hand-hammered Coffee Pots Pitchers c. early 1800s

Description: This very interesting pair of copper coffee pots/pitchers was made in Germany around the early 1800s - maybe even late 1700s.

The pots are made of copper - hand-hammered and tin-covered on the inside. The lid and the handle are manually attached to the body using rivets - this technique was used in pre-industrial copper vessels production of the 1700s into the early 1800s.

The tallest pot is 7" tall and the capacity is approximately 0.5L. It is in excellent condition with some normal age-wear, the smaller pot has some dings and minor dents, but no damage or repairs.

I guarantee my dating and description.
