We offer good quality used parts from quality vans which we break for parts. We offer a full national mail order delivery service  across the UK, parcel deliveries, van deliveries plus pallet delivery service for large panel orders, doors, engines and gearboxes.


We can also offer body cuts to body repairers and have huge experience in this area.


Our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff have over 70 years combined experience in this industry, this experience being available to you the customer. If you wish to cancel, the item(s) has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure:


1.1 Please contact us and receive authorisation for a return/collection.

1.2 Repackage the goods and all of the original packaging materials in either the original box or one of similar stature.

1.3 Mail the package if returning and label it for our address


If at time of call to customer services you were advised that the goods will be collected, please do as 1.3 but have the Parcel accessible for the courier to collect on the day agreed at time of call.


Returns for goods bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules:


You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning goods to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.


Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.


Once the goods have been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.


All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the goods. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of goods.

Delivery

Parcel Deliveries:- are charged at one rate to all mainland UK addresses at a standard rate. Rates vary depending on weight/size/number of parcels regquired for your order, you will be advised of the applicable charge at the time of ordering. Offshore deliveries and Scottish Highlands or other outlying areas may be subject to a higher rate and/or slower delivery times.

Pallet Deliveris: are charged at varying rates depending on your postcode. You will be advised of the applicable cost at the time of ordering. Offshore addresses, also Scottish Highlands will be subject to higher rates and/or slower delivery times,


UK Mainland Orders

We endeavour to despatch all orders within one (1) business day of receipt, providing they are straightforward orders. Orders that comprise several items and/or are of a more complex nature may take longer. Most delivery timescales are 1-2 business days subject to location restrictions (see above).

Engines, Gearboxes, large boy panel orders are delivered by pallet delivery and depending on complexity of the order will be despatched within 2-3 business days and delivery time scales can be 2-5 days depending on location (longer in certain offshore cases).


Delivery Times

Whilst we endeavour to deliver any order within the times stated above, the purchaser acknowledges that any delivery dates or times stated should be regarded as an estimate only.

We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can expect delivery within the time stated above and between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.


Accepting Your Deliver

Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt. The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, and failing that will attempt the delivery normally the next working day.

If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.

Parts purchased will comply with the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994 and be of "Satisfactory Quality" unless specified at the time of sale


Electric / Mechanical parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 90 days and only parts shown on your invoice/receipt are covered by the guarantee/warranty.


If any part supplied by ourselves proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.


Any part(s) correctly supplied by us and returned to us after 7 days is subject to a 20% handling charge


Engines: Customers must state if ancillaries are required. If request has been made, stating complete engine wanted, this means head, block and sump, it does not mean with ancillaries as these may be sold separately, any ancillaries left on the engine e.g water pump, cam belt(We always recommend the fitting of a new cam belt) are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.


This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e seal broken, taken apart etc. Please note all parts supplied, are marked with our company stamp/initials, removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.


No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our permission. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.


Our Guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any fitting charges. It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting.


All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact us within 1 working day. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them, but sign for them damaged.


Mail order: Under selling regulations a PRIVATE CONSUMER has a 7 day "cooling off" period in which he/she may return the goods to us for a refund. However delivery is a separate contract and once completed is non refundable.


Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense. In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer had ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the customer.


Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises.


All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil and filter upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.


Gearboxes must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.


Goods received Damaged: Should the packaging appear damaged on receipt of your delivery, please sign for it as “DAMAGED” and inform us within one (1) business day of receipt. Should any item contained actually have any damage please inform us. We make every effort to keep the claims process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please inform us of the damage suffered and provide us with photographs. We will endeavour to send a replacement as soon as possible.
