K-Nutrition L-Ascorbic Acid is a natural water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C). L-Ascorbic acid is a potent reducing and antioxidant agent that functions in fighting bacterial infections, in detoxifying reactions, and in the formation of collagen in fibrous tissue, teeth, bones, connective tissue, skin, and capillaries. It is found in citrus and other fruits, and also in many vegetables. Vitamin C is not produced by the body and cannot be stored so must be obtained through diet or dietary supplementation.

How much do I use?

Add ¼ teaspoon (1g) to a drink, shake or 50ml of water up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Take with food and avoid ingesting on an empty stomach. 

*If you have a sensitive stomach consider using Sodium Ascorbate this is buffered with Sodium and less acidic form of Vitamin C

How do I store the powder?

Store the powder in a sealed container maximise the powder's shelf life. Store in a cool dry place away from moisture
