We can only ship to the address on Paypal/Ebay so please make sure the address is correct beforehand before confirming the payment on Paypal as we will not under any circumstances ship to an alternative address to adhere to Palpal/Ebay regulations.

We currently only ship to United Kingdom using Royal Mail 48 which is estimated to take 3 workings days or less.

Items over the value of £20 or between 2-4KG are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We may use an alternative courier such as Hermes, UPS or DPD for heavier larger parcels when necessary.

All of our items are packaged securely and dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm  or the next working day excluding bank holidays from our UK distribution centre in West Bromwich.

We do our very best to make sure every item arrives safely and on time.

If for whatever reason there is a delay with your delivery please message us so that we can investigate the situation and have it resolved ASAP.

All Our Items Are Brand New Unless Otherwise Stated. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer's faults, BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours after being received for a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GOODS UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU SUSPECT ANY DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO YOUR ITEM OR IF THE PACKAGING LOOKS DAMAGED THEN PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY AND LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY

We offer a 30 day return policy if for what ever reason you want to send the item back we will fully refund you .

Items that are returned must be in the same condition that it was sent out in along with original/correct packaging.

If you have any problems with your item upon delivery please let us know and and we will do our best to send out a replacement immediately.
