Please be aware, the Japan Post has announced that shipments to the following countries are temporarily suspended:

Guatemala, Chad, Panama, Honduras, Iraq, Cyprus, Argentina, Kuwait, Mongolia, Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Venezuela, Bhutan, Syria, Bahrain, Nepal, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Martinique, French Guiana, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Comoros, Central Africa, Niger, Burkina Faso, Benin, Mali, Bolivia

This list is subject to possible sudden change.

Until the suspension is ended orders to these countries will either be delayed or cancelled. Orders for presale items will still be accepted and fulfilled as soon as possible as the suspension is expected to end later this year.

For many other countries, SAL and EMS have been temporarily suspended and for the time being orders that cannot be sent by these methods will be fulfilled using surface mail which can take between 1-3 months to arrive.

If you need your order right away expedited shipping is still available via private carriers but it will be more expensive than the EMS service offered by Japan Post. As a result shipping prices are temporarily higher than usual. Once normal shipping has resumed prices will return to normal. Thank you for your understanding.
