    Return & Exchange Policy

    We accept a return. Please see the policy for the different situations.

    • Changed mind after the item has been sent: After receiving and checking the returned item, the sending postage (and the return postage if we provide the return label) and some other possible surcharges (according to the condition of the returned item) will be deducted from the refund. 
    • Wrong item received: Please contact us immediately and attach photos. An appropriate solution will be offered. Please do not open a return request if a replacement is needed.
    • Exchange the item: The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage (if we provide the return label), the sending postage for sending the new item and some other possible surcharges (according to the condition of the returned item).

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences
    • Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes
    • Scratching, chipping, breaking, discolouration
    • Any Labour or other cost of removal or installations
