Shipping / Delivery
We try to send the parcel same day if order received by 1pm except Monday. Our shipping policy is to dispatch the order next working day. Order received on Friday after 1pm will be posted out on Monday. We work and ship the orders from Monday to Friday. We use following shipping services where you will have an option to choose from at checkout.
Delivery within UK
1. Free Delivery:
Service: Royal Mail 2nd class / 48hrs tracked service, where order value is over £10 the parcel will be sent signed for delivery service.
Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
2. Expedited Service:
Service: Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery service.
Delivery time: 1- 2 working days.
3. Next Day delivery:
Service: Royal Mail special delivery 1pm service
Delivery time: Next working day by 1pm Monday to Saturday.
International Delivery:
Service: Royal Mail Standard Delivery service
Delivery time Europe: 5-10 working days
Delivery time for Rest of the World: 7-15 working days
Please note 98% our parcels get delivered within promised time, but sometime parcels do get delayed due to some exceptional circumstances i.e. mishandled by the courier, headed to wrong direction etc. In that cases we request our customers to wait 2-3 more working days for UK delivery and 3-7 working days for international delivery.
Returns / Exchange We offer and follow 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied from a product with any reason, you may return the product to us within 30 days from the date of order for an exchange or full refund. We give the money back guarantee to all customers with these conditions that the returned item should be in same condition unworn, unused and undamaged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The returned items should be sent back to us in an unspoiled, unworn and unused condition, carefully packed in the original package.
If you received a damaged / faulty product, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability) with a prepaid return postage bag to return the faulty / damaged product. In case you have received a defective or wrong item, please, contact us no later than 5 working days after you have received your order.
Remember that you will receive all products from us in new, unworn, unused condition and they should be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please, note that you should send us the items back in the same packages and with all the included paperwork (warranties, authenticity cards, etc.) as was received. The items you return must have all the labels and tags at the same place as they were originally. Otherwise, the returns & exchanges won't be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you had free shipping, then the shipping costs may be stroke off from your refund. We cover the shipping and other fees expenses only in case you received a faulty / damaged / wrong product or a delivery error.
