Futagami Galaxy Trivet
This kitchen trivet from Futagami's Home Goods range has a striking galaxy shape. Founded in 1897, Futagami historically designed Buddhist statues and altar pieces cast from solid brass. In 2009 a collaboration with designer Oji Masanori added a contemporary touch to the brand - Masanori designed everyday lifestyle items, using the same skilful brass casting techniques, combining tradition with modernity.
