In addition to our Enfield Sports ebay shop we have a retail premises located at Unit 1c, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Wythall, B47 6AJ.

Customer Service

Customer Service is very important to Enfield Sports. We endeavour to deliver excellent customer service. we answer messages as often as we can even checking on weekends. Majority of issues we may receive is down to delays with deliveries.We use Hermes via Packlink to deliver parcels and Royal Mail for very small packages. We ask that you to give us the opportunity to resolve any issues prior to leaving any negative feedback. eBay Messages

Please be aware we only work Monday till Friday 9am till 4.30pm. We do regularly answer messages and receive on average just eBay alone over 100. So please be patient delays with couriers we can only state what the tracking details are stating.  

Any messages will only be answered during these days and times. We all have families ourselves and work extremley hard. Please respect this on rare occasions we will answer some messages out of hours but not all the time.

Payment

Enfield Sports preferred payment is Paypal. This is the preferred payment for eBay.

Delivery Timescale

Enfield Sports aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of purchase. If you order over a weekend we will dispatch goods on the Monday. Enfield Sports use Yodel via eBay system to deliver parcels, delivery is 3-5 days any delays please check your tracking reference number as delay could be due to high volume of deliveries that particular day. 

Small parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail. 

Please be aware the dispatch days are Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm normal working week. Weekends do not count as a dispatch day so if you order Friday after 3pm your order will not be dispatched till Monday. So please bear in mind the dispatch times and days.

During Bank Holidays we will dispatch the day we return back to normal working hours.

Majority of our deliveries will be made via Hermes, it might be that your delivery has been attempted  and you are not available it will be held at your local collection point. You will be left a card with your tracking reference details. Please follow the steps and arrange a suitable day for your collection. Please be aware we do not deliver the goods. We will do what we can to find out any delays.

If you require urgently i.e Birthday, Anniversary present or gift Please Contact us First we can offer faster delivery options.

If an item is delayed please allow 12 working days unless you have paid for an upgraded delivery option.

Returns

Enfield Sports will replace any faulty goods if the item is found to be faulty. 

You are required to dispatch the item please contact us first before sending back any returns. 

You have 14 days upon receipt of the product to return the product. You will be refunded the full price excluding postage costs. Please send returns to:
