How to wash and dry:
1. Please wash before use…and of course..after
2. If there are stains on it, you can add a litter salt in the water to wash by hand or machine. If you are not planning to wash right away, you can soak your cloth menstrual pad or let them dry until your next laundry.
3. Expose it to the hot sun. Do not iron, do not use bleach or fabric softener, as it will shorten the life of your cloth menstrual pad.

HOW MANY CLOTH PADS SHOULD I NEED?:
For one cycle, we recommend between 6-12 small/medium pads and 1-3 large pads,
depending on how heavy your flow is and how long your periods normally last.
In my case, I only have a regular cycle of 3 days..so I only need to change every 2-3 hours
whether it's wet or not..I only need 5-6 pieces a day Size 10' or Size 12' for 2 days and
On the third day, I only need about 4-6 pieces of Small size to Medium sizes
but other women have heavy flows in their first to second days, which they really need to change 1-2 hours, or maybe less than that
I recommend to change often as the feeling of " wetness down there" , is not desirable
