This is The Metropolitan Mother Goose published by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Press, New York.  The booklet is in wonderful condition.  The colors are great.  The pages are in very good condition.  There are 2 worn spots on the back cover and the upper right corner on the front is slightly torn.
