Delivery times
All items will be dispatched within one business day after payment clears. We use Australia Post for most of our products and couriers for specific items. Delivery time frames will vary depending on your location. Please use the below table as a general guide.

Delivery Notice
Home delivery orders can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes (PO BOX). However large parcels can only be delivered to street addresses Australia. We do not ship products outside Australia.

Delivery Acceptance
Signatures upon delivery will be required for all home delivery orders. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or collect your parcel from the local delivery facility.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your item/s.

We prefer Paypal Payments. It is by far the safest and most secure way to pay on eBay. This is also the most convenient and easiest way for online purchases as well. Payment can be made via bank transfer if you do not wish to pay by Paypal. Our bank details can be obtained via eBay's checkout process. Please ensure that you will leave your eBay user ID as reference when payment is made via bank transfer.

All orders are expected to be paid within 7 days of purchase. Should you have difficulties making payment or want to cancel the order, please CONTACT US as soon as possible. eBay will generate an automatic payment reminder or non-paid strike if the order remains unpaid for a certain period of time.
Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery. Pick up service is not available for this product.

Warranty & Return
We are happy to help you out if there is any problem with the product (i.e. product defect, wrong item sent, inaccurate descriptions etc.). Warranty Periods are different depending on the products.
It is very important to CONTACT US to make a warranty claim. In order to speed up processing your case, we may ask for photo evidences for the problem. Once the issue is addressed, we will try to resolve the problems by offering replacement parts, full replacement or refund / reimbursement. We might also ask for the original product to be returned to claim warranty. We will cover the return postage if the claim is made within 30 days of purchase. After that period, buyer will have to be responsible for the return postage, in the case of returning the item for warranty purpose.
Please note that the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) unless authorised by us.
Consumable products (and accessories) such as carry bags, batteries, hoses, mats, nets, belts, cables, wheels, blades, pads, etc. are not covered once opened, used or for damage caused by general wear and tear, unless it arrives with a manufacturer's fault or dead on arrival.

The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and complete packaging (ready to be restocked).
The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back.
DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
Return postage will be paid by buyer for any types of money back guarantees offered by us.
