Beautiful and rare small booklet, issued as a premium free gift with boy's the skeeper 56  comic, 56 (Sep. 26 1931). There were eight titles in the series, given away over four weeks between September 12th and October 3rd.  lots of circus stuff, elephants, clowns,behind the scenes, etc etc.   very nice condition, a very rare comic.
