TERMS OF SALE
The original tags MUST be attached and the item must be in brand new condition to be returned.  Buyer pays return shipping. If a listing has Brand New with Tag, it is inspected for this before being mailed out. Every item is carefully wrapped and shipped in a way that it is protected. Returns should be shipped in the same manner.  If it is returned damaged a refund will not be issued.  If an item is returned used, damaged or without original tag a refund will not be issued.   All items have also been given a numbered inventory tag that must be intact & attached for return.  The return must have all items that were included in the original package, such as dust bags, boxes, straps, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items.
