Rare Vintage sd video mixer The PIx Box in working condition.  Please Read!!!! I'll

This is a very rare Vintage unit, Great unit it sold for about $26,000 when it came out, I can't find much information on it now online, I have used this it works, However, video was a little darker than it was coming out of a Panasonic mixer I have, but I used a proc amp that I had my signals converted through to HDMI and brighten it up that way, The signal out of the outputs are brighten than the monitor shows.  I use an external SD Card Recorded to HD.  Works Just fine, The Monitor on this unit is a little jumpy sometimes works in multi view and full screen.  all the video inputs and outputs worked the last time I used this.  I have never used the tally stuff on the unit.  I think it's a great unit , something I had been trying to DIY for years, I know I have put several cases together trying to come up with something like this.  However, I'm not doing a lot of event shooting anymore.  So I know someone could put this to good use.

About 35 pounds, TV production tool features a 17" high-resolution color LCD to show up to eight source inputs, as well as Preview and Program monitors, on one screen at the same time.

The Preview and Program monitors can instantly zoom to full screen, without affecting the output signal, for critical "live editing" directorial judgements.

Time base corrected switching allows a mixture of consumer, prosumer, and professional cameras to be intercut with 'plug and play' compatibility from either 4 composite video, 4 S-Video and/or 2 FireWire inputs as well as 4 stereo Audio inputs and 2 microphone XLR inputs.

Outputs are: 4 Composite, 4 S-Video and 1 daisy-chainable FireWire output. 2 stereo Audio outputs as well as a FireWire output. 2 stereo Audio outputs as well as a FireWire encoded audio and video ouitputs are also available. Bright LED's ensure proper audio levels.

The PIXBOX meets RS-170A broadcast specifications for complete professional quality.

The PIXBOX includes an 8-station, 2-channel P-L intercom system, so the Director has complete communication with camera operators.

A separate VGA computer display connector allows an outboard 18" or larger Director's Monitor to be used along side of the PIXBOX, although the unit itself is a complete stand-alone control room for web-streaming, cable TV remotes, and/or broadcast television location control.

The PIXBOX is perfect for webcasting, cable-casting and/or video recording live school sports events, local government and community meetings, seminars, lectures, entertainment venues, hotel AV departments, recording studio sessions, church services, and all multiple-camera live one-time-only events. Patents are pending."
