The images show the type of damages typically found on these panels - usually it's just a corner that's taken a nick, or a small section of the tongue and groove joint.
When you consider that the average shower screen is 2 metres high and these panels are 2.4m long, the majority of damaged bits can be cut out, leaving a nice big pristine section of panel - this is all a tradesman would do with a new panel, unless you wanted it to go right up to the ceiling.
Allowing the panel to finish at 2 metres will leave a gap from the top of the panel to the ceiling. In this case we would recommend adding an end joint along the top edge, so that the top is sealed and looks awesome. All panel trims and adhesive can be found within the drop down menu.
We store these panels in a very neat and tidy manner, as can be seen in the pictures. This ensures the panels maintain their shape and integrity.
Regarding shipping, each panel is sent down a state of the art production line, where it gets protective outer boxing, padded on the inside with shock absorbing polystyrene foam, and plastic strapping to ensure everything is held tight for the journey.

The joining strips / trims are all 2.4 metres long - they are not necessary to complete your panelling, but some people prefer the end look with trims running along the panel joints than without - or covering the exposed edges of panels where you have made cuts.
We would also recommend one tube of adhesive per panel.
