It can be used as a motor speed control and a phase converter. The input for this VFD is 1 phase . You can control the different speed as you like when yo use this VFD. How To Install This VFD

 

Symbol:Function Description

R.S.T:Input terminal of AC line power.（220V class for single phase, single phase connected to any two phases）

U.V.W:Output terminal of the inverter

P+.PR:Connector for braking resistor.

E:Ground terminal: the third method of grounding for 220V.

Frequency Control

Range:0.1~2500.0Hz

Accuracy:Digital: 0.1%（-10~40℃）; Analog: 0.1% （25±10℃）

Setting Resolution:Digital: 0.1Hz; Analog: 1‰ of max. Operating frequency

Output Resolution:0.1Hz

Operator Setting Method:Press directly ←∧∨ to set.

Analog Setting Method:External Voltage 0-5V，0-10V，4-20mA，0-20mA.

Other Functions:Frequency lower limit, starting frequency, stopping frequency, three skip frequencies can be respectively set.

Ramp Control:Selectable 4-speed steps ramp-up and -down time (0.1-6500s).

Torque Control:Torque increase settable by max. 10.0%. The starting torque can reach 150% at 1.0Hz.

Multi-Inputs:6 multi-function input terminals for 8–speed steps control, program operation, switching of 4-speed Ramp, UP/DOWN function, counter, external emergency stop and other functions.

Multi-Outputs:5 multi-output for displaying of running, zero speed, counter, external abnormity, program operation and other information and warnings.

Test parameters and methods：

 

1. Power connection mode,

If you use single-phase 220v, please connect to R and T, S is empty and do not need to be connected.

If you are three-phase 220v then connect to RST.

The three lines of the motor are connected to U,V and W.

 

2.Test Parameters

pn02= rated frequency of motor

pn03=2

pn04=1

pn10= rated frequency of motor

pn12= rated frequency of motor

 

 

After the above Settings,

Press panel RUN to start and panel STOP to stop.

Press fwd/rev to switch forward and backward

Press the up and down buttons on the panel to adjust the speed

Note：The motor and frequency converter can only be connected by wire, and the switch cannot be installed in the middle
