How to measure:

1. Take 3 measurements of the width of the window recess as shown in the picture and use the smallest measurement as your width.
2. Take 3 measurements of the drop of the window recess as shown on the picture and the smallest measurement as your drop.

If you are not sure how to measure your window correctly, please send us a photo of your window recess and we'll be happy to help.

After you have purchased your blinds please send us your measurements along with the control side of your choice, with any additional information you may see required. We will make a small deduction of 0,5cm of the width to ensure a smooth fitting.

This auction is for the top fitting within your recess only. If you're planning a wall or winow frame fitting pleace specify that during checkout and we will provide you with additional face fix bracket (free of charge)

Delivery time:

Our blinds are made to measure and lead time is 1-2 working days to be shipped.

Delivery Method:

All Order Blinds are delivered by a reputable national carrier and will require a signature to confirm delivery. The carrier can then provide us with a signed copy proof of delivery and this will be accepted as confirmation of safe delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged in any way it must be signed for as damaged or rejected by the customer.

As you are buying a made to measure and bespoke product - we can only accept returns if the product is faulty or made incorrectly with the specification given. Any returned items will be fully inspected prior to issuing the refund.
