If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please open a returns request through eBay. Please ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received within 30 days of your order date.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
While you are in possession of any Product that you intend to return under this policy you shall ensure the following:
- The item is kept in a reasonable condition
- The item is un-used
- Upon return you shall ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it together with the original Product packaging.
Cancellation Process
After you cancel your order and have returned the Product under this policy we will refund you the purchase price for the product, usually within two days of us receiving the returned Product. Should the product not be in the condition it was supplied, you will be offered a partial refund.
Please include a brief description including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the Product(s).
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty, please contact us with a description of the problem within 7 days of purchase and we will either send a replacement or offer a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Failed Delivery
If your item is not called for, and returned to us, we will contact you and should you require the product to be re-sent we will request the suitable postage fee. Once payment is received, we will resend your item within 1 working day.
Not Satisfied with Product
In the unlikely event of not being completely satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to resolve any issues before leaving any negative feedback, our aim is to keep our customers happy and achieve excellent customer service.

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can through eBay messages. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
