Directions:
Need: 1 pouch pancake mix; 1/2 cup water. 1. Combine 6 oz (170 g) pancake mix with 1/2 cup (118 ml) cold water. Using a wire whisk, mix until the large lumps are gone. (Over mixing will make pancakes hard.)
2. Lightly grease the skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook pancakes until golden brown, approximately 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side.
4. For the best experience, add a little butter and or an egg.
5. Additionally you can top it with some chopped up unsalted Macadamia nuts (not included).
