Absolutely charming 60s or 70s vintage long maxi-dress or gown with elegant matching long open front jacket. Marked a size 5 on the tag. Very Audrey Hepburn! Bust about 28", high waist about 26" and the length is 52" from shoulder to hem. I did not try to clean this so yellowing may come out.
