Evening Primrose (Oenethera lamarckiana) is a very beautiful native flower to the Americas. Lemony fragrant with gorgeous yellow flowers, evening primrose is popular for its oil that is known to be used for medicinal reasons. Plants will grow to 4' and be deer resistant. As the name suggests, flowers will open in the evening. Considered a biennial, this flower will bloom in its second season, and will readily reseed itself.
