Watermelon Radish (Raphanus sativus), also known as Shinrimei, is a unique Chinese heirloom. Daikon like radish will grow to be golf ball to softball in size with a creamy ivory exterior. The interior highly resembles the interior of a watermelon, hence its name, with beautiful pink and majenta colors. Crisp with a mild radish flavor, milder than most radishes. An excellent source of Vitamin C
