HOW TO USE

For external use only.

Apply a few drops on the sore part of the body and massage gently. 

For a stuffy nose : Drop 2-3 drops on a handkerchief or tissue and inhale deeply. 

To relieve bloating and discomfort : Apply the oil to the central area and cover with a warm towel. 

Repeat with a hot towel when necessary.
