Payment:

1. We accept Paypal payment only.

2. Pls be sure your shipping address is correct, we will only follow your eBay address. 

3. All products will be sent out after the payment is received or cleared.

4. Payment must be completed within 7 days, if you can't finish the payment within 7 days, pls inform us, we can cancel the order for you, otherwise, an unpaid item case would be opened by automatic. 

Shipping:

1. Handing time: 48hours handling time.

2. A tracking number will be added in system as soon as the items leave our warehouse. 

3. We ship within one to two business days within Paypal confirmed address and payment cleared.

Note:

All of the items in our shop will come to you with the tracking number, so you could find the tracking information and know the items clearly on the road, then get it asap.

Return:

1.  All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

2. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as the item is received by us.

3. No defective items will be returned at buyer's expense. We are sorry but there will be no returns accepted due to changing your mind.

4. You can return your item within 30 days if the item you received is not as described.
