FREQUENT QUESTIONS:
I have an e-bike/scooter model "xxxx", is your battery compatible?
Unfortunately we do not know all the e-bike models on the market, you should check the following data:
1-The voltage of the battery you choose must be the same as that of the battery you already have
2- The same capacity if you want the same autonomy, or greater if you want more autonomy
3-You must check whether the size of your case allows you to insert our battery, only you can verify this
4-The engine power must NOT exceed the maximum power that can be delivered by the battery (find all the precise specifications for each battery below)

Can I send some photos so you can tell me which battery to buy?
The photos are not significant, they are of little use, the technical data are needed as indicated above

I have a "XXXX" connector, can you install it?
No, we do not make modifications, the modifications are the responsibility of the customer, the kits arrive from the factory as they are

If I fit your "XXXX" battery, how many km will I be able to travel?
Impossible to estimate, it depends on too many factors, but consider a proportion with the old battery, if the capacity is the same the autonomy will also be the same

Would I like a battery to travel at least X kilometers? which one do you recommend?
It is not estimable, as above

Can you sell me the battery only without the charger?
No, we only sell in kits as described

I need a battery with a particular format, can you make them custom made?
No, we only sell the formats you see available online, there are no variations unless large quantities are expected

INTEGRATED BMS (Battery Management System) which guarantees protection for:
Discharge current exceeded
Charging current exceeded
Residual energy too low
Short circuits
High temperatures

IF THE "MAXIMUM PEAK OUTPUT CURRENT" IS EXCEEDED THE BMS STOPS THE SUPPLY
Attention, check that your load does not exceed the peak current demand that the battery can deliver (below you will find the maximum allowable motor power for each model)

In case of intervention of the BMS the battery will interrupt the supply for a few seconds waiting for recovery
The BMS interrupts the power supply once the minimum voltage is reached (very low battery) to preserve the quality and life of the internal cells

The BMS also manages the individual charging of the internal cells and their balancing
