Vintage George W. Bowman Congressional Library Blue & White Transfer Plate

10 3/8" diameter

This is a vintage plate, decorated with a picture of the U.S. Congressional Library. The plate is finished with a floral border motif. The plate was made by Wm. Adams & Co., for George H. Bowman Co., circa 1879-1900s.  

Excellent pre-owned condition.  

No chips, cracks, or repairs.  Under magnification I was able to see crazing that was hard to notice.
