Shipping Period

Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (excluding weekends and holidays) 

• Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on business days). 
• When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 
• Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-10 days for limited Brand or Items ( such as Jordan , Yeezy shoes) due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.

Cancellation & Return policy 

From 10 /11/ 2019 , PayPal will no longer return processing fee (4.4% +$0.30) If Buyer want to cancel an order, Buyer have to pay for cancelation fee (4.4% +$0.30). *ex) ( USD $100 x 4.4% +0.30)=$4.7

Exchange is not available for international shipping items. 

Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered. (Return request after 16 days from the date your item is delivered must be proceeded through 1:1 inquiry.) 

For returning your items, please discuss delivery courier with us. 

In case of using other courier services, refund might be delayed due to below reasons

If a refund/return shipping fee occurs because of change of mind and size issue, the fee shall be deducted from the amount of refund. For an item return caused by customer’s change of mind, refund will be processed after a deduction of $29(US) of shipping fee and 20% restocking fee to us. However, shipping fees will not be charged for returns of defective product or other imputation caused by us. If your item is not in the same condition as it was first shipped, (Washed or worn / No tag / No box / get dirty) return is not possible

We require immediate payment on all items. Payments are accepted through Paypal only.
