Flip Cases
This stylish flip case offers the perfect way to add protection and create individual style for your mobile device. All of our cases are custom-made/printed when you place your order using printing technology, transferring the print on to the Front of the case.

- Designs containing glitter/wood/other materials, are printed onto the case and not made from the actual material shown in the design.
Delivery
Your item will be professionally & carefully printed, packed and dispatched within 1 business day, after confirmation and verification of your payment. All orders where we receive payment before 8:30am (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the very same day!
Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays. Collections are not available.
UK Only
Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues. We only deem an item lost in the post 10 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 5-10 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues. We only deem an item lost in the post 15 working days from dispatch

If you have any issues with your product or have not received your item please contact us via eBay Messages.
All emails will be answered within 1 working day, but we aim to answer within 2 business hours.
Returns
Customer Service is important to us, and whilst we hope that you do not need to return your item to us, we also understand that there may be a time when you need to return something that you've purchased.
If this situation arises; please send us an eBay Message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, stating your order/invoice number and your after-sales query.
Our Customer Service Team will then contact you with regards to your query and on how best to resolve this.
If we confirm that an item needs to be returned, please return the item to the address provided WITHIN 60 DAYS of receipt.
We strongly recommend that you keep a record of your order/invoice number, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
