RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your item.  This allows the buyer time to have the item independently assessed if they require.

The item must be returned in original condition and in the box.  It must be returned via tracked mail with signature on delivery and the tracking number provided.  It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item arrives safely.  The buyer pays for the return postage. 

A refund will be processed once the item has been received and has been inspected.

VALUATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We attempt to provide descriptions as accurately as possible.  In an effort to do this, we provide an independent valuation with most of our pieces, at our expense.  The grades and values on the certificates are in the opinion of the individual valuer.  Please be aware that assessments can vary from valuer to valuer and from city to city, so descriptions are meant as a guide only.  The valuations confirm that the Diamonds, Gemstones and Gold content are genuine.  Very occasionally, there may be typo or a human error made.  This does not constitute willful misrepresentation of an item, or item not as described.  

We also include some enlarged photos so that the buyer can clearly see the details of the stones.  We also take shots of the jewellery on a mannequin to give an idea of the true size.  All of these things are done to ensure the best possible description is provided to our customers.
