We accept PayPal only. Due to PayPal and eBay policy, we must deliver all items to the address listed on the order. No changes can be accepted after payment has been made. Pick ups are not available for any order placed via eBay and/or paid via PayPal

Any item that is defective, not fit for purpose, or does not match the given description is entitled to be returned. The photos included in our ads are ones we have taken of the exact item you will receive. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect all photos prior to purchase. We do not offer returns due to buyer remorse, error or change of mind

Most of our items are shipped via courier with tracking. A signature WILL BE REQUIRED on delivery. No Authority to Leave will be granted. Please ensure to provide an address where someone will be in attendance during normal business hours to accept and sign for your package, as well as a MOBILE NUMBER to contact you on if the need arises. Smaller items will be sent via regular Australia Post and will not be trackable. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
