Superfine Rusk is widely used in the production of sausages, pies, burgers and other meat products. The usual amount used in pork sausage is 10%
with water at 15% of the total weight.

Superfine rusk is the perfect carrier for flavours, seasonings and colours making it suitable in the production of burgers and kebabs.

Superfine Rusk binds with water and seasoning to make the ideal sausage or burger mix. This Rusk has a high water absorption rate and minimum shrinkage during cooking.

Normally you would add 1.5Kg of water per 1Kg of Rusk. With this Rusk the mixture can be as high as 2 Kilos of water per Kg of Rusk, giving you a higher product yield.

This is a professional product not available in shops and will be packed into a clear vacuum pouch fresh for each customer.

Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight
