In appearance, it looks almost identical and achieves the same distinctive bucktail fly action in the water. However, the fibers are not hollow and will not flare in the same way as regular bucktail while tying. Unlike natural bucktail every fiber is of premium length, eliminating the need to sort and search for ideal strands. Simply peel off your desired amount of fibers, trim to length and tie them in.
