Wherever possible we will package products to fit through a standard letterbox, this isn't always possible for bulkier items, in which case we'll dispatch using the Royal Mail parcel service. If you buy more than one item from our store, we'll do our best to make sure the packaging is the most convenient possible (no boxes of air from us!)
