In the case of international orders Royal Mail Airsure is the only service we have for parcels weighing under 2kgs that comes with tracking. All other orders are sent via standard airmail which is untracked and as such we will not be able to provide you with any information regarding the whereabouts of your shipment once dispatched. International delivery times vary from country to country and on average range from 7-30 days so please take this into account before ordering.

Out of Stock Purchases, please note that as we are a company that sells on multiple platforms certain items may found to be out of stock after you have placed your order. We are only human and mistakes are made but on these very rare occasions you will be contacted by a member of staff at the earliest opportunity and offered either an alternate delivery date, similar product (where applicable) or a full refund.
