Silver Tipped Fox Shoulder Caplet made in the 1930s, a in excellent vintage condition, with just a bit of wear around the back neck. it has been beautifully made by a skilled Furrier, with panels of black leather and flatter fur with the deep Fox Fur which is plush and soft. A piece very much of its time and has two leg furs with a press stud to fasten the capelet. These could be removed and replaced with a ribbon.

The rich colours of the capelet blend from dark brown black to silver and fluffy on the shoulders and around the neckline, with the distinctive stripes of the silver tipped fox fur running down the back, it is lined in a black self striped satin

Style:  The capelet is a luxurious piece and would look great as part of a 1930s or 40s costume, picture a 1940s film star the style is all about the shoulders Perfect to wear at a special occasion over a gown.
