1. Drop us a message with description and price expectation of the part you are looking for (manufacturer, serial number etc.)
2. Wait (usually up to 48hrs) for response from us with our offer
3. Accept/decline the offer
4. If you are happy with our offer, then we create new auction to allow you to buy the item through eBay

Please note: by using that service, you may expect the postage will take a little bit longer than usual as we need to receive the part first (estimated time will be stated in our offer e-mail).

Part must be installed by qualified personnel.

All our parts come from auctions, stock liquidations and business closures (mostly from Germany). All parts are new (tested and kept as a spare) or used on daily basis, unless otherwise stated.

Shipment:
An item will be posted within 2 working days with courier (insured, tracked and signed for). Please contact us if you require special or faster shipment.

PLEASE MAKE SURE to open the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the unit got damaged in transport please protocol that as ALL PARCELS ARE INSURED.

BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM:
Please contact us and describe the problem.
Please provide any proof of failure/non-working part (video record, picture, test result etc.).
Part must not be damaged in any way.
Buyer pays all return shipment costs.

Failing to follow the points above may result in no refund.

In return we provide new/working part if possible or full refund during 60 days return policy.
