They are acquired from places like swap meets, estate sales, thrift stores, flea markets and yard sales making their histories unknown.  They could be environmental from storage or from pets or smoking.  We bag and box all items for storage once in our possession to protect and we do our best to clean or disclose anything we can notice, if you are sensitive to such things, please be advised there are no returns for this reason.  I usually ship within 72 hours not including weekends and holidays.
