All my products are genuine, new and unused.  I take extra care when packaging all products and photographic proof is retained to prove the condition that items are in when they are sent out.  Unless stated otherwise, I use DPD for delivery. If you include your mobile number with your order, DPD will keep you updated regarding delivery.  Any claims of non-delivery / damage will need to be notified immediately and I will require photographs of damaged items including packaging.  All cases of loss or damage will always be followed up with DPD. Under normal circumstances I do not accept returns as I will not resell products that have been opened.  If for some reason I do accept a return, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs

International deliveries - Customs, Import Duties, Charges etc - these are NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM'S PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES. These charges almost never occur however if they do, they are the buyer's responsibility.  Before buying, please check with your country's customs office to see if there will be any additional costs / duties.
