New Super Fresh Natural Choice Sheep Casing

These A/B quality natural sausage casings are from fully traceable British sheep

This sheep casing will produce a sausage approximately 18 to 20 mm in width with a total length of approximately 20 metres when filled.

These are rinsed of salt and vacuum packed.

Before use they need to be soaked in warm water for at least 20 minutes prior to use.

After soaking, if you don't use all of the skin put the remaining length, covered in salt, into a sealed container in a fridge, otherwise it will be ruined.
