International (Worldwide) Delivery
International orders are picked, packed & shipped same working day before 4pm (Monday-Friday) Excluding public holidays.
We offer standard and express deliveries worldwide. Estimated Times:
· Europe Standard Tracked (Royal Mail): 3-5 business days
· Rest of World Tracked (Royal Mail): 6-7 business days
· Express Europe (Delivered By DHL): 1-2 business days
· Express Rest of World (Delivered by DHL) 2-5 business days
· Express USA (Delivered by DHL) 2 Busines days
Returns
We want to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their order. If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, we will provide free UK returns for a full refund if:
· You open a return request with in 30 days of items being delivered,
· Item is in an unused and sellable condition
· All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.
We aim to issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your item back.
Please note we do not accept returns with sticky tape applied to the shoe box.
We accept International returns. Customers are responsible for the return cost back to us
