• MAGIC THE GATHERING CARDS (MTG): All cards are in an LP Condition, some closer to NM, potentially scuffed edges, or slightly dirty edges, slight humidity curling, etc. Any cards MP/HP will be displayed properly with details. We have quite a lot of cards that we will be posting from time to time. Most sales will be USPS First Class with eBay's special shipping discount for cards, unless the order is worth sending via First Class in a Bubble mailer so we can keep our prices down. Feel free to message us if interested in several cards and we can make a combined shipping offer.

• CLOTHES: Clothes that are new are available for a return if the size is incorrect or the item is no longer wanted. However, the refund will not include the shipping cost to and from you.

• MEDICAL SUPPLIES: Any Medical supplies listed are new unless specified otherwise. These are also sold in AS-IS condition. Some may or may not have older dates, we also specify in that case.
  
  
• BOOKS: Ordering any Kangaroo Tales specific books will always get you a bunch of extra goodies. If you are looking to donate several to a Church, School Daycare, etc. Please send us a message for a non profit discount.
  
  
• OTHER BOOKS: Sold AS-IS, we do our best to describe them and take pictures. Additional condition information available upon request. Sent via Media Mail with a smaller gift, maybe cards or something similar that is allowed through Media Mail.
  
  
• COINS, SILVER, GOLD: We only offer Authentic pieces, all are sold AS-IS, if they have "Milk Marks" we will do our best to describe these or show in photos. There are no special discounts unless bulk ordering.
  
  
• BOX CODES: We use an inventory system that may consist of a letter, number, or combination of both which we display at the end of the title, this does not have anything to do with the product itself, it instead is for us to easily pull the orders as they sell. Examples (B-62) Or (SBX), etc.
  

• SHIPPING: Shipping on most of our listings is FREE to the Continental United States ONLY, unless stated otherwise. Items will be shipped with the cheapest route to get to you, we try to keep our products lower priced than others on eBay for quick sales. We do offer expedited shipping at your expense. 
• SHIPPING EDIT 2/11/2022: Due to the Continuous increase in shipping charges, we will no longer be offering free shipping on newly listed items, we can combine shipping on multiple purchases though.
  
  
• WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: We will ship anywhere in the world at your expense. Send us a message and we will find out what it will cost to ship and let you know.
  
  
• NEW PRODUCTS with STOCK IMAGES: It is possible to receive a box slightly different than the image shown, it is also possible to receive slightly damaged boxes that do not affect the product.
  
  
• HANDLING TIME: 1-3 days typically. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday might go out on Monday. We also try to get to the post office daily on weekdays. We attempt to ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  
  
• INCORRECTLY ORDERED: We will issue a refund up to 75% depending on item weight, shipping costs, etc. Typically restocking and reshipping fees will run 25%.
  
  
• DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us BEFORE opening a case as we always try to work with you before escalating it into a case.
  
  
• OFFERS: Many offers are accepted especially when ordering more than one item as it helps us on shipping costs, fees, etc. Offers are not accepted when making a "low-ball" offer that does not even cover shipping, fees, etc.
