SA, TAS, -- 3-6 Business Days

Perth, Darwin, or other regional areas -- 5-12 Business Days

Note: from $18 per hampers will be added on the request of a Express Delivery,

and it normally takes same day or next Business day delivery in Melbourne, and it takes 1-3 Business days for Sydney, NSW, Perth, Adel, Bris, ACT.

The Gift Hampers will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or invalid delivery address or information provided.
• The recipient refused to receive the delivery.
• There is no safe or proper place for the courier to leave the parcel or a card.
• A card was left but the recipient did not pick the package up from the post office or other specified place on the card.
• A card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange the re-delivery.
• The recipient is unaware of the address or has moved.
• Our courier was unable to contact the recipient.
• The recipient was in a hotel, or hospital , please make sure the recipient will still be there within the delivery time (Not discharged or checked out).

Please note that if the given address is incorrect or insufficient ,or the parcel returned to us due to there was no response from the recipient, an extra re-delivery fee will be incurred by you at the cost of the sender to re-delivery the parcel.

Once the parcel was in transit, it can not be canceled , if you want to re-directed to a new delivery address, an applicable re-delivery fee will be charged by you for us to resend the parcel.

• If you are not satisfied with our hamper products,please contact us at your earliest convenience.
• If you received a faulty hamper, or the contents of the hamper is damaged or incorrect , please contact us immediately.

we are happy to organize a replacement hampers and we will arrange the returned parcel for you. And if you want a refund, the refund will be credited back to your initial paypal or bank account. Please note that photos of faulty hamper or damaged products are required for us to have a better understanding of the issues.

• When you parcel is successfully delivered, when an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, it is not eligible for a refund

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us. Any cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the dispatch, and cancellation can not be accepted under any circumstance once the order has left our premises. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original Paypal or bank account within 24 hours once the cancellation is accepted by us.

• We are not accept refunds for change of mind.
• Once you order is prepared or on its way for delivery , cancellations or exchanges can not be accepted by us.
• Customized hamper orders can not be canceled or returned.

Our deliveries are made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday on business days, and deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.

• Please note that delay of delivery might occur due to the unforeseen circumstance such as bad weather, road constructions or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once your order has been shipped by the Courier, it is becomes their responsibility, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen orders in transit.
• Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. We will arrange the tracing and locating the order.
