easy to assemble.

- Due to limitation by our courier partners, we are unable to deliver to the following post codes: 5701, 6740, 6743, and 7151. We try our best to include all undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some bulky and heavy items. If you require bulky item to be delivered to regional or remote area, we kindly suggest that you send us a message with your post code prior placing your order with us. So that we can confirm if delivery can be made to your area. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded.

- Normally delivery takes between 3 to 8 business days after being dispatched. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take upto 15 business days to be delivered. Please check your order on eBay for tracking details.
- We are unable to deliver some bulky items to rural or remote areas, If in doubt, please contact us before buying.
- We work with several shipping carriers. Depending on your location and the size and weight of the item, we will select a suitable shipping carrier to provide most efficient and quickest delivery service.
- Large and bulky items will be delivered in multiple packages and separately due to size and weight limitation.
- Our warehouse is not accessible to public and therefore we do not offer pick up option.
- Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it as long as the item is unused and unopened and in the original packaging.
- For change of mind returns, applicable shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and 10% restocking fee may apply.
- For your peace of mind, we offer a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise.
- Please note that any damage caused by weather conditions is not covered by the warranty.
